Al Tinti invited me for a hike - it was too cold and icy to bike for sure. We hiked around the trails to the east of the old Nike site in Manchester

Back at the former Nike site - that's a repurposed building: now a daycare.

Al showed me the former ski area. Here is a remnant of the rope tow

Here was the ski slope. I nthe distance is--I believe--the former Cheney Silk factories (Now lofts)

It was a nice hike and I looked forward to returning here on bike :-)
