Took a nice hike with Al Tinti again today. He gave me a short tour of part of Case Mountain off Birch Mountain Road that I hadn't yet explored.
Sadly I messed up with the GPS on my phone but the map is more less the trek...
The Raven's Nest
As soon as we left the parking lot we heard loud cawing so he showed me the huge raven's nest in the microwave tower nearby. The raven was perched up higher and I couldn't get a decent photo. BTW - these birds are huge - much bigger than crows!
Old Farm Road

Yep the ubiquitous power lines - it seems everywhere you hike or bike around here, you end up under these at some point!
